Roofing in Halesowen (B62 & B63)

Halesowen is a West Midlands market town situated on the Birmingham border, covering the B62 and B63 postcode areas. Although technically in the metropolitan borough of Dudley rather than Birmingham itself, Halesowen is geographically very close to Birmingham’s south-west suburbs and we serve the area regularly. It’s a short drive from our Northfield base, making it one of our most frequently-visited areas.

Halesowen has a rich and varied housing stock that reflects its history as both an industrial and a residential town. The older parts of the town, particularly around the town centre and Cradley, feature terraced properties from the Victorian and Edwardian eras. The post-war and mid-20th century development brought a substantial number of semi-detached houses to the area, and newer residential developments have expanded the town significantly since the 1980s.

This mix of housing ages means we encounter a wide range of roofing challenges in Halesowen: from natural slate repairs and chimney leadwork on older terrace properties, to concrete tile ridge repointing on post-war semis, to GRP flat roof extensions on more modern homes. We carry out all of these across the Halesowen area and can usually offer a survey visit within a day or two.
